A new gold development company in the safe, Tier 1 mining friendly, jurisdiction of Finland:

• Mawson Finland Limited was created in order to advance the Rajapalot Project in Finland
• The strategy for Mawson Finland is to de-risk, expand and to build the Rajapalot gold-cobalt project in Finland
• The current completed PEA on Rajapalot has an inferred resource of 9,780,000 tonnes containing 867,000 ounces of Gold and 4,311 tonnes of Cobalt with grades of 2.8 g/t Gold and 441 ppm Cobalt. Additionally the PEA also includes an NPV_5% of US$ 211 million with a 27% IRR .
• Management is incentivized to both increase the resources on Rajapalot through drilling over the next two winter drilling seasons and then to update the PEA with the intent to significantly increase the NPV on the project
• The 100% owned Rajapalot gold-cobalt project is an 18,000 ha contiguous package in the Lapland Region of Finland
• The Rajapalot project deposits thus far are open down-dip and still has a significant portion of its land package that is underexplored
